ShippingAchihera Skincare ships worldwide. For customers in the United Kingdom, we use the Royal Mail Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for quick, secure delivery.
For our International customers, we use UPS Priority Mail International.
For Express Delivery, please contact our Customer Service representatives.
We ship only to the buyer’s original registered address. If you want us to ship to another address, please provide this in email as a note when you pay.
Note: An address variation request via email will not be accepted.
Delivery TimesWe will dispatch your order within 2-3 working days of receiving cleared payment (No Weekends and Public Holidays).
Our Standard Delivery comes with a tracking number and the package must be signed for on delivery.
If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, then the parcel will be held at your local Post Office for your collection.
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched same day for Next Working Day Delivery to UK addresses.
Orders placed Friday and weekends, will be send on Monday.
Local Delivery 5-7 working days.
International Deliveries 7-14 days.
- As our products are made to order, we will only refund your purchase within 7 days of delivery.
- We cannot refund or exchange opened or used products.
- We will replace a product only if the wrong product was sent.
- All sales on clearance products are final and not eligible for return.
- If your order is damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately. In the event of damage, please retain the original packaging.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Please contact us prior to making a return; to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We recommend that you send any returns with a reliable courier and ensure that your delivery method includes a request for a signature upon arrival. Return shipping fees are not reimbursable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
